This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the action of respondent authorities concerned issuing garnishee notices upon the petitioner's bank without intimating the petitioner that relating to which demand such garnishee notices were issued.

Mr. Siddiqui , learned additional Government Pleader, pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 30th June, 2022 has served upon the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner the documents on the basis of which demand such garnishee notices were issued.

Petitioner shall be entitled to take appropriate further legal recourse against such action of garnishee order before the appropriate forum within

two weeks from date and the bank concerned shall maintain status quo as on date on the impugned garnishee notices for a period of two weeks.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 11890 of 2022 stands disposed of.
