Apparently, the victim committed suicide at her matrimonial home.

Neighbours recorded statements under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code where they claimed that the victim was subjected to physical and mental torture on demand for dowry.

Such neighbours implicate all the petitioners in such incident.

According to the neighbours, the victim committed suicide due to torture meted out to her.

In view of such fact and materials in the Case Diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Signed By :
