1. This Court has heard learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned Advocate for the State at length.

2. On careful perusal of the entire materials as placed before this Court including the materials as available in the case diary, it reveals that during the raid the present two accused petitioners were caught red handed with a child. It appears to this Court that there was no justification on the part of the present accused petitioners to possess the said child at the time of their apprehension.

3. Sufficient materials have been placed before this Court by the prosecution that the said child was brought for the purpose of

sale.

4. Considering the heinous nature of crime, this Court cannot persuade itself to allow the prayer of bail by the present accused petitioners.

5. The application for bail is considered and rejected. (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
