The present appeal arises from an interlocutory order passed in Title Suit No. 10 of 2022.

The attention of this Court is drawn by the learned Advocate for the appellant that subsequently the said suit has been withdrawn vide Order No. 17 dated 29th September, 2023.

In view of the fact that the suit is no longer in existence, the instant appeal and application have become infructuous and are accordingly dismissed. Let the order no. 17 dated 29th September, 2023 be kept with the record.
