1. This Court has heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned advocate for the State.

2. On careful consideration of the entire materials as placed before this Court including the materials as available in the C.D, it reveals that though the present case is based on circumstantial evidence, however, this Court has noticed sufficient incriminating materials as against the present accused petitioner in the C.D. to connect the present accused petitioner with the alleged crime.

3. Considering the serious nature of crime, the prayer for bail is considered and rejected.
