And In the matter of : Sekh Ajijul @ Sk. Ajijul & ors. ...... petitioners Mr. Navanil De, Mr. Subhrajit Dey, Ms. Monami Mukherjee ....for the petitioners Mrs. Amita Gaur, Mr. Subhajit Chowdhury ....for the State Police case is dated February 10, 2018.

Petitioners rely upon an order dated May 1, 2024 passed in CRR 1450 of 2024 directed the petitioners to take appropriate steps.

Materials in the Case Diary suggest that, the petitioner was one of the persons in the vehicle which was seized with commercial quantity of narcotics. Petitioner apparently fled the spot.

Considering such facts, we are of the view that, the petitioners are unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
