On the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioners, CRM 5503 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed for the petitioner no. 1. Having heard the learned advocates for the petitioners and the State and having considered the fact that the petitioner no. 1, namely, Saroj Mahata was arrested and enlarged on bail and having considered the nature of injuries, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 2 to 8. The prayer for anticipatory is, thus, allowed. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner nos. 2 to 8, namely, Rajanikanta Mahata, Ashok Mahata, Laxman Mahata, Rajib Lochan Mahata, Jharu Mahata, Chaitan Mahata and Nakul Mahata respectively shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.

10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner nos. 2 to 8 shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a month until the conclusion of the investigation.
