Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner is in custody for more than 100 days. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not involved in the alleged offence. His further detention is not required.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner is the mastermind who has orchestrated the entire transaction with the de facto complainant besides other similar transactions. He receives commission for the said acts.

I have considered the material on record. The witnesses have implicated the petitioner in the alleged offence. Vulnerable witnesses are yet to be examined.

Considering the material on record and prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
