In re: CAN 2 of 2025 The learned advocate appearing for the appellants/claimants has filed an application being CAN 2 of 2025, inter alia, stating that the appellant no.1 and 2/claimants have changed their address, as 29/1A/Gobindapur Road, Lake, Kolkata - 700045 from 40, Rahim Ostagar Road, Police Station-Lake, Kolkata - 700045 and surname of the appellant no.2, as Asha Sardar from Asha Pandit after marriage with one Gopal Sardar.

After going through the material on record and considering the Aadhar Card annexed with the application, the department is directed to take necessary steps to correct the cause title and address of the appellant no.2/claimant of the memo of appeal and issue the apportioned claim amount in favour of the appellant no.2/claimant, Asha Sardar, according to the direction in the impugned judgment and order dated 13th January, 2025 passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the application being CAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
