Counsel for the private respondent submits that the dispute in respect of the land in the petition is also the subject matter of a pending proceeding before the BL &LRO under Section 54 of the WBLR Act of 1956. The O.

C., Bhangore Police Station has registered an FIR being Bhangore P. S. Case No. 347 of 2021 dated 13th August, 2021 against the private respondents. Investigation is stated to be continued. It is expected that investigation be completed within 45 days from date.

The O. C., Bhangore Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
