Heard both the parties.

On perusal of the writ petition, I find that the petitioner has made a simple prayer for directing the respondent appellate authority to fix an early date of hearing of the pending appeal in question and to dispose of the same which was filed on 22nd March, 2021. Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent appellate authority to fix an early date of hearing and to make an endeavour to dispose the appeal in question preferably within three months from date.

It is recorded that this Court has not gone into the merit of the appeal in question and the respondent

appellate authority while deciding the appeal will act strictly in accordance with law.

This writ petition being W.P.A. No.13169 of 2021 is disposed of.
