Sankar ...for the State Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the materials on record, the condition to furnish 'a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local' is modified to the effect that the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing two registered sureties.

The order dated 24th September, 2021 passed in CRM 5487 of 2021 is, accordingly, modified and the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
