Leave is also granted to the advocate-on-record for the appellants to take back the original certified copy of the judgement and order by furnishing a photocopy thereof to the department which shall be taken on record. In view of the above, the appeal and the connected application - FMAT No.492 of 2021 and CAN No.1 of 2021 - shall be treated as dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
