Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence instead of approaching the learned Sessions Court first, a revisional application was filed before this Court. He submits that the petitioner would like to move a revisional application before the learned Sessions Court first. Accordingly, his client would not like to press this application.

On the prayer of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the revisional application is disposed of as not pressed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be given to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
