Learned counsel for the petitioners has argued the matter at length but after hearing the parties this Court finds that the petitioner have prayed for quashing of the proceeding initiated by the E.D.

2. Thus, this Court is not having the determination to hear the present writ application.

3. Accordingly, WPA 12156 of 2025 along with the connected application are released from the list of this Court with the liberty to the parties to mention before the appropriate Court having determination.
