Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the father-in-law of the petitioner lodged a First Information Report with regard to the minor child and his daughter being missing.

Acting on the basis of such FIR, police recovered both the daughter as well as the minor. A statement was recorded by the daughter who is the wife of the petitioner stating that she left voluntarily along with the minor. In the present writ petition, the complaint is with regard to the same minor being missing.

Report submitted by the State which is taken on record, shows that the minor is with the mother of the minor.

Therefore, we do not find any merit in the present writ petition.

W.P.A. (H) 36 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
