Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties submits that in terms of order dated 9th August, 2021, petitioner has handed-over the possession of the suit premises on 8th December, 2021 to Smt. Subarna Thakur, the Authorised Officer, appointed by the learned Estate Officer in PP Proceedings No. 362 & 363 of 1999. Since, the petitioner is not represented, I have reason to believe that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed any further with the present application. Accordingly, the Application, being C.O. 2013 of 2016 is dismissed for default.

There will be no order as to costs.
