1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. Petitioner is stated to have been named as an accused person in the supplementary charge sheet. Two of the co-accused persons similarly circumstanced with the present petitioner are stated to have been granted the benefit of anticipatory bail and other co-accused persons similarly circumstanced are stated to have been granted regular bail.

3. Charge sheet having been filed, there is no question of custodial interrogation of the present petitioner.

4. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and question of parity, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional trial court in S.T. Case No. 15(3)/2020 corresponding to Sessions Case No. 15(03)/2020 arising out of G.R. Case No.3802 of 2019 corresponding to Kotwali Police Station Case No.650 of 2019 dated 28.10.2019 within fifteen days from today. On the appearance and

application for bail the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned trial court on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.
