Mr. Prasad, counsel appearing on behalf of the Regional Provident Fund Authority submits that this is an appealable order under Section 7I of the Employees' Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. In view of the statutory remedy available to the petitioner, I am not inclined to exercise my discretion in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition being WPA No. 10506 of 2015 stands dismissed without any order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
