Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits the cause action for initiation of the instant criminal revisional application is not now existing. So he intends not to proceed with this matter further. Accordingly, the instant criminal revisional application be dismissed as not pressed. It further appears that the instant criminal case is pending before the learned Magistrate since 2013. Accordingly, learned Magistrate is directed to dispose of the criminal proceeding being C.C. No.1955 of 2013 pending before him as early as possible; more preferably within six months from the date of passing of this order.
Accordingly, CRR 1816 of 2018 is disposed of. All connected application, if any, is also disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. ( Subhendu Samanta, J.)
