And In Re : Deb Prasad Roy @ Ratan Roy & Anr....... petitioners Mr. Debasis Kar Mr. Arka Chakraborty Mr. Husen Mustafi .....for the petitioners Mr. Swapan Banerjee Ms. Purnima Ghosh ....for the State This application for bail is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated September 29, 2021. Noticing that, report called for by the order dated September 21, 2021 was not filed, another opportunity was granted.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits report in Court today. Let this report be taken on record. It, prima facie, appears from such report that the petitioners are Indian nationals. Consequently, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly we direct that the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the

learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, 24 Parganas (North), subject to the conditions that the petitioners shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

In the event the petitioners fail to appear before the trial court without justifiable cause, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel bail of the petitioners automatically without further reference to this Court.
