The matter is taken up for hearing pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 29th September, 2022 when Ms. Das, learned advocate appears and has submitted that she has been instructed not to take any steps in the matter by the petitioner.

However, Municipality is represented by learned advocate.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest.

The writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
