Petitioner is claiming to be the manager of Banshihari and Banshihari North Circle Primary Teachers' Co-operative Society Limited. It has been submitted that due to entanglement in the criminal proceeding he was taken into custody and subsequently he was enlarged on bail and it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he resumed his duty as the manager of the aforesaid co-operative society.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of resumption of duty as a manager of the aforesaid co-operative society he is not getting his salaries. The aforesaid co-operative society as well as the concerned Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Society of Dakshin Dinajpur are represented by learned advocates.

This Court has heard the learned advocates representing the parties and perused the materials

available on record.

In view of submission made on behalf of the petitioner that in spite of resumption of duty he has not been paid monthly salaries this Court finds it fit to grant leave to the petitioner to make a comprehensive representation to the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Society, Dakshin Dinajpur, being the respondent no. 2 within a period of three weeks from date claiming release of salaries. If such representation is made within the aforesaid time the respondent no. 2 in his turn shall take reasoned decision on the claim of the petitioner after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the concerned co-operative society within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
