As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate, is directed to appear and represent on behalf of the State in this matter. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The present revisional application is related to N187/2010 arising out of Barasat Police Station Case No.2233 dated 19.12.2010 under Sections 20(b)(ii) of the NDPS Act. The grievance of the petitioner relates to the order dated 22.03.2011 wherein the learned court was pleased to fix long dates. Record of the revisional application reflects that the chemical examination report prima facie disclosed the contraband was ganja.

Having regard to the fact that the revisional application was lastly considered by this Court on 7th August, 2012 and no progress of the case has been furnished before this Court today by the petitioner, who is not present before this Court, I am of the view

that no interference is called for at this belated stage. Accordingly, CRR 1821 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
