Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. An innocuous prayer has been made by the petitioner in this writ petition for a direction upon the Respondent/Principal Commissioner of GST, CGST & CX Howrah Commissionerate to consider and dispose of his representation dated 17th December, 2021 praying for revocation and/ or cancellation of its registration dated 12th December, 2020, as appear, at page-31 of the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed by directing the Principal Commissioner of GST, CGST & CX, Howrah Commissionerate/respondent no.2, to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 17th of December, 2020, in accordance with law and by passing an order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the

petitioner or his authorised representative within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. With this direction WPA No. 11928 of 2022 is, thus, disposed of.
