1. This Court has heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned advocate for the State.

2. This Court has also considered the entire materials as available in the C.D.

3. On careful consideration of the entire materials as placed before this Court, it reveals that the present accused petitioner is named in the FIR. It further reveals that during T.I. parade, the present accused petitioner has been identified.

4. From the statements of the witnesses as recorded in course of investigation, this Court finds prima facie involvement of the present accused petitioner in the alleged crime.

5. Considering the serious nature of crime, the prayer for bail is considered and rejected.
