Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present application is a fallout of long standing civil dispute between the parties. Charge sheet has been submitted. They may be granted anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and denies and disputes the submission made on behalf of the petitioners.

I have considered the material on record. Statement of witnesses implicates the petitioners in the alleged offence. The injuries sustained by the victims are grievous in nature. Considering the material on record and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
