The petitioner was directed by one letter of the Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee of Midnapore District Primary School Council to produce some documents. The letter of the Chairman, District Primary School Council is dated 31.07.2000. Nothing has been stated in the writ application whether this has been complied with or not. Now, the petitioner has come with some documents and one representation dated 17.03.2023. As this direction of the Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee of the District Primary School Council, Midnapore dated 31.07.2000 has not been complied with now in 2023, this matter cannot be considered by this court.

Had there been any immediate financial crisis of the family, the action of the petitioner would have been something different and prompt.

Therefore, I do not find any merit in the writ application and the same is dismissed.
