The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 23rd April, 2023.

The petitioner alleges illegal construction by the concerned statutory authorities on the land which purportedly belongs to the petitioner. In this background the petitioner had made a representation to the respondent no. 9, being the Pradhan despite having filed several representations, the concerned authority i.e. the respondent no. 9 has taken no steps in the matter.

The State respondent is represented and submits that no order is sought for against them S.D.

and the respondent no. 9 is the concerned respondent.

In view of the above, WPA 12568 of 2023

stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 9 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 23rd April, 2023 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided by the respondent no. 9 in accordance with law.

The State respondents also requested to forward a copy of the order to the respondent no. 9 for compliance.
