1. This Court has heard the learned advocate for the petitioner, learned advocate for the State and learned advocate for the informant.

2. On careful consideration of the entire materials as placed before this Court including the materials as available in the C.D, it reveals that the alleged incident occurred on account of a property dispute over which a free fight took place.

3. It appears that in course of investigation, sufficient materials had been collected by the I.O. implicating the present accused petitioner in the alleged crime. This Court has also noticed from the statements of the witnesses as recorded in course of investigation that the present accused petitioner was one of the assailants.

4. Considering involvement of the present accused petitioner, the prayer for bail is considered and rejected.
