Premises No. 182A/2, Picnic Garden Road is suffering an order of demolition.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

The order of demolition is an appealable one. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that a statutory appeal has already been filed before the Municipal Building Tribunal and the same is pending consideration.

As it appears that the petitioner has already assailed the impugned order of demolition before the statutory forum, it will be open for the petitioner to seek all remedies before the said forum.

Accordingly, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
