We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down on merits in January 2023. Date has been fixed for examination of the victim on 15th June 2023. In view of the aforesaid fact and as vulnerable witness is yet to be examined we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
