Mr. Tapas Kumar Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Pravas Bhattacharya, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

However, Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that since the investigation is continuing, presently he do not intend to canvass or exhaust his remedy at this stage and would approach this Court at the appropriate stage of the proceedings.

In view of the submissions so advanced, CRR 1929 of 2023 is disposed of.

Petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court at the appropriate stage.
