1. Pursuant to the rule issued by this Court, The alleged contemnors are personally present before this Court. Compliance report of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Bardhaman filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnors that the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Bardhaman has taken steps in terms of the order dated 18th August, 2022 and has requested nearby Schools to indicate as to whether there was any willing teacher to join the School in question and take up the subject of the petitioner. It further submitted that no response has been received from the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Bardhaman in this regard.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court

does not find any contempt in the matter.

4. The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Bardhaman shall continue to make efforts to seek replacement and thereafter process the petitioner's application for transfer.

5. In view of the above, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

6. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
