Ms. Sohini Bhattacharyya, Advocate .... for the petitioner Mr. Manoranjan Mahata, Advocate ...for the State Petitioner seeks cancellation of the order of anticipatory bail granted on January 25, 2022 passed in CRM (A) 41 of 2022.

Post bail misconduct of the private respondent is the ground canvassed for cancellation of the anticipatory bail. In support of the contention of post bail misconduct, two police complaints are relied on.

According to the learned advocate for the petitioner there is third police complaint filed subsequent to the filing of the application for cancellation.

We perused the two complaints.

Apparently, parties tried to negotiate a settlement of the matrimonial disputes. Parties were unsuccessful.

Materials placed on record do not make out a compelling case for cancelling the anticipatory bail granted. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, we find no reason to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner.

C.R.M. (DB) 2100 of 2023 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
