Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that by way of violating the civil court's order, the respondents have been raising the construction. To that effect, information was furnished with the Inspector-in-Charge, Raipur Police Station. However, in spite of receipt of such information, no steps were taken.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities being aware regarding T.S. Case No. 92/2023 and the consequences of rivalry between the petitioner and the private respondent, drew up proceedings under section 107/116 of Cr.P.C.

Having considered that substantial time has passed, since such representation was filed, if the petitioner is faced with fresh inconveniences,

petitioner will approach the same police station. The police authorities, if they are of the opinion that interference is required, they would ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties. With the aforesaid observations WPA 13614 of 2024 is disposed of.
