Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioners are the parents of the principal accused with whom the daughter of the defacto complainant allegedly fled away. It is a fact that the said daughter is yet to be recovered. The daughter appears to be 24 years of age.

I have perused the material on record.

Considering the extent of complicity of the petitioners in the alleged crime, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly in the event of arrest, the petitioners namely Samir Kumar Halder @ Samir Halder and Biva Halder be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. The petitioners shall appear before the learned jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
