On 11th August, 2021 following order was made:- "Mr. Mansoor Alam, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant and prays for adjournment.

Contents of the order dated 8th July, 2021 says since none had appeared, there was direction for issuance of notice and it made clear that the appeal was likely to be dismissed.

In view of above, adjournment granted is peremptory.

We are convinced appellant has lost interest. SAT 2668 of 2001 is dismissed.
