(VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE) As per the order passed on November 20, 2009 this Court directed to file affidavit in opposition within three weeks and reply thereto, if any, within one week thereafter and the matter directed to be listed after four weeks.
As per the report of the department no affidavit in opposition is filed. The matter was listed on 15.09.2011 and 05.12.2011, but none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Today also on call, none appears on behalf of the petitioners.
It reveals from the record that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the matter. Hence, WPA 9635 of 2009 is dismissed for default.
