Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record including the statements of witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner as a member of the group who attacked the petitioner with bombs and other weapons resulting in his death, we are of the opinion in view of the gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
