Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that the order under the contempt has been complied with. In view of the same, the contempt application being CPAN 735 of 2023 is disposed of.

It is also submitted on behalf of the applicant/petitioner that the original PPO has not been received by him.

Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that the original PPO shall be sent to the applicant/petitioner by the authority at the earliest. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
