2. This intra-Court appeal takes exception to the order dated 24.3.2023 passed in WPA 22529 of 2018. By efflux of time it appears that parties have lost interest in the appeal. Apart from that the defects in the appeal has also not been removed and the Registrar (Administration) has prepared a note in this regard on 7.12.2023. This also shows that the appellant has lost interest in the matter. This intra-Court appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
