The petitioners have filed an application being CAN 5 of 2022 enclosing the terms of settlement between the petitioners and the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

The petitioners prayed for disposing of the writ application being WPA 10515 of 2007 in terms of the

Settlement Deed executed between the parties on 14th December, 2021. A copy of the application along with the Deed of Settlement is also served upon the counsel appearing for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. The counsel for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has taken instruction and submitted before this Court that the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has entered into the settlement dated 14.12.2021 and he has no objection to dispose of the writ petition in terms of settlement.

In view of the above, as the parties have settled the matter in terms of the settlement dt. 14.12.2021 and thus WPA No.10515 of 2007 is disposed of.

I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2007, I.A. No. CAN 2 of 2007, I.A. No. CAN 3 of 2007, I.A. No. CAN 4 of 2008 & I.A. No. CAN 5 of 2022 are also disposed of.

Interim order if any is hereby vacated.
