Learned advocate for the petitioners challenges the continuance of Marishda P.S. Case No. 17 of 2023 dated 13.01.2023.

Learned advocate submits that there are series of cases which were instituted and the genesis of the same is a civil dispute relating to landed properties.

Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. The Investigating Authorities on conclusion of investigation has very recently submitted chargesheet in connection with the instant case and the documents under Section 207 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure are yet to be served upon the accused persons, who have been implicated in the chargesheet.

Having considered the same, I am of the view that the present is a premature stage for interference by this court. Petitioners would be liberty to canvass such point which has been advanced in the present revisional application as well as other points at the stage of consideration of charges before the learned trial court.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1937 of 2023 is disposed of. All Pending applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
