1. The instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated April 2, 2025 passed by the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata in Misc. Appeal No.42 of 2024.

2. The petitioners are represented by learned advocate.

3. Learned advocate for the respondents is also present.

4. It is said by the learned advocate for the petitioners that his clients do not want to proceed with the present revisional application and as such, the same may be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the lower Appellate Tribunal for recalling the ex parte order.

5. Learned advocate representing the respondents does not raise any objection to that extent.

6. Accordingly, I find there is no impediment in allowing the prayer of the petitioners.

7. The petitioners are directed to withdraw the present revisional application with liberty to file afresh within ten days from the date of this order before the lower Appellate Tribunal and in the meantime, the respondents are directed not to take any coercive action against the petitioners.

8. C. O. 1970 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly. (Prasenjit biswas, J.)
