The learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.

Udaynarayan Betal, submits upon instructions that the matter is to be considered on 05.08.2025 before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench ('Tribunal' for short) in O.A. No. 700 of 2025 pending before the Tribunal and therefore, he wants to withdraw the writ petition. 2.

With such liberty the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.

The learned counsel/s representing the respondents have no objection to withdrawal of the writ petition and they prayed that a direction be given for expeditious disposal of the matter before the Tribunal.

We leave it open to the learned counsel/s to take appropriate steps in this regard and it is needless

to say that Tribunal is expected to consider the same expeditiously and without any undue delay. 5.

The Writ Petition being W.P.C.T. No. 121 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
