Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. Police filed the charge-sheet and therefore the question of custodial interrogation does not arise. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court and the case diary.

Considering the contents of the case diary and the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 5508 of 2021 is rejected.
