It appears from record that against the grievance raised in this writ petition petitioner has already made a representation before the respondent Highway authority concerned on 6th April, 2023 being annexure P/4 to the writ petition which is still pending and in this writ petition it has been alleged by the petitioner that private respondents have encroached a portion of the State Highway which is causing inconvenience to the petitioner and the respondent authority concerned is not taking any action on the said representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and without going into the merit of the

aforesaid representation this writ petition being WPA 12591 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 6th April, 2023 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the private respondent or their authorized representatives within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It has also been recorded that CAN 1 of 2023 has already been disposed of on 24.11.2023.
