It appears that this instant application is preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for passing an order of expeditious and early hearing of the Title Suit No. 219/2006 pending before the Trial Court. Although parties of the case are not present today before this Court but I feel that an order may be passed by giving direction upon the Trial Court before which Title Suit No. 219/2006 is pending. Learned Trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the Title Suit being No. 219/2006 as expeditiously as possible provided that the Title Suit pending before the Trial Court has already not been decided and disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court for compliance.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/1713/2015 is disposed of.
