Ms. Minoti Gomes, Mr. Jisan Iqubal Hossain.
...for the Petitioner.
Mr. Binay Kr. Panda, Ms. Puspita Saha.
...for the State.
Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner renews his prayer for bail.
Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal assailant.
In view of primary role played by the petitioner in the murder and as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
